Meet the Chef

Elemy’s Roots

Chef Elemy’s journey began at the age of 8, under the warm guidance of her mother and grandmother in Manzanillo, Mexico.

Every Saturday, family recipes came to life in her hands, tamales, moles, and handmade tortillas.

After earning her chef’s degree and moving to Canada, Elemy fell in love with Montreal, its people, and its vibrant food scene.

Today, she shares her heritage through colorful dishes made with heart, memory, and bold spices.
